Jeremy Corbyn Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 Quick glance and it looks like he's ended up doing quite well in Turkey, especially considering his career really struggled for a while.
spyinthesky Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 How can players turn out in senior teams for two different countries?

Miltonaggro Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 Good for him. I recall he was a big unit, would likely suit the Turkish league.

His only game on the pitch for England was a friendly. He was also interested in playjng for Scotland, having a Scottish grandmother, but never appeared for them. He qualifies for Sierra Leone through a grandfather. 1
Holmes_and_Watson Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 I was really expecting him to play for Scotland, considering his ability. But Sierra Leone's gain. Good to hear he's doing well.
ecuk268 Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 Sierra Leone had 4 players named Kamara in the team and another 2 on the bench.
The Cat Posted 12 January, 2022 Posted 12 January, 2022 I turned the radio on halfway through an interview on World Service the other day with an English chap who was playing for Sierra Leone. Spent the next few minutes wondering who the hell it was until they said his name at the end. That's a pretty incredible result for them against the reigning champions. Seems like he's sorted himself out now after a lot of personal issues, so fair play to him
