Massive credit to Forster, Valery, Perraud, both Armstrongs, Diallo and Long. Stepped up and did a job. A Armstrong in particular put a great effort in at defensive left mid.

We got the rub of the green from the officials; that offside was a horrific call and Bednarek was asleep. He’s becoming a liability at the back.

Cracking point in the circumstances. Well done lads.

Nice point. Great effort from everyone, and fair play to Bednarek for marshaling that defence through the game. Good subs from Ralph too - Broja gave us something more when we needed it, and Redmond tightened us up down the left. Forster got lucky for the one he dropped, but he did well otherwise and we look more assured with him in the team.

Nice.

Great defensive display to hang on for the point (which no one expected). Credit to KWP and Forster (never thought I'd say that), Bednarek and JWP. Thought Broja was going to nick it at the death. Now only bad side is KWP and Salisu out for Newcastle, what a silly boy Salisu was (though his first yellow was a mistake), complete la k of professionalism when you are already down to the bare bones at the back, let's hope Jack and Lyanco shake of Covid.

This has the feel of a corner-turning game. Utilizing squad depth, fighting off adversity, working for eachother. That kind of thing turns seasons around.

Been saying to people at work all Christmas that under Ralph we work on calendar years, 2020 was awesome, 2021 fell to pieces, 2022 we're going to be flying again.

Fantastic that, proper resilient performance. KWP was magnificent and impressed with Valery, thought he did really well. If we can get a win against Newcastle who look like they’ll be without Wilson and Saint Maximin then that’ll be a great return.

Yep. Valery surprised me. Bit rash at times but he's not a CB and is rusty. The lad did very well. I thought Diallo was quietly decent too. Good all round performance.

The points dropped table might show another 2 but given the circumstances I’d definitely say that was 1 won.

Fair play Saints they really dug deep there to play for so long with 10 men, and that’s 4 points up on 2 games we got nothing from last season so a step in the right direction.

5 more wins this season would see us safe I reckon.

Fantastic effort. Can't argue with that. Played very decently when it was eleven vs eleven, and showed plenty of heart to guts out a point playing 10 vs 12 for nearly an hour.

Imagine Yan Valery, playing CB in a back four, keeping out Harry Kane and Son - funny old game, Saint(s).

Definitely a bonus point in the bigger picture. Norwich and Watford losing makes it a good day for us. Beat Newcastle next up and we can breathe a little easier for a while.

Everyone put in a shift. Including Frannie Benali, probably.

Some fantastic stuff there

JWP with his goal and plenty of work through midfield

Forster, especially in the first half did some great sweeping work, which he never would’ve years ago, clearly our best keeper

Valery, I like him as a 3rd CB, and if that allows us to press up like we did in the first 40mins then maybe this option should be used more

AArmstrong put in a great defensive effort second half

both full back did good jobs

long won 8 out of 9 aerial duals, he ended up being perfect to play in this game

Nice.

I understand it was a little soft by Forster but it’s a foul 100% of the time.

spurs are a horrible team and in my opinion didn’t deserve the win.

well played by the lads. Super super effort

Fair play saints. Was very critical of the team selection but we actually played very well prior to the sending off and after we showed real desire to hold on for the point. But fortunate with some of the decisions imo but we deserve that for the amount of times things have gone against us. I was watching with a spurs fan and I'm very happy while the isn't so that's good enough for me!

Absolutely loved that performance from us. Outplayed them with 11 and then defended superbly with a makeshift defence including one centre back.

Great atmosphere in the stadium. Ralph got a well deserved massive round of applause from the fans after the game.

Forster should have caught it. However, you cannot barge a gk in the air in the goal area. Foul!

Having got the unexpected win at WH I'd have happily taken a point today even without the sending off.

Actually hoping the Newcastle game gets postponed now so Salisu and KWP can serve their suspensions for the Swansea game.

This. And we appeal Salisu’s first yellow (if that’s even possible)

Wouldn't say we got the rub of the green from the officials ffs, Taylor was as biased as he could be first half, probably had a hefty bet on a Spurs win

Seeing squad players do so well, was also a big plus. So often, so many changes results in a disjointed performance, with added rustiness and whatever personal baggage from some players who already have one boot towards the exit bring.

Not with us, where we were better 11 vs 11 (12 including the ref), and really well drilled in the second half.

Says a lot about the training and spirit in the camp.

Magnificent rearguard action. Wonderful point gained. All the players gave everything to earn that point. Forster gives the players confidence by being on the front foot. Deserved his bit of luck. A shout out to Valery played his heart out. JWP great goal. Does Salisu get one or two matches as the first booking was number five.
