Whatr a brilliant idea; shut down Maccy D's, KFC, chip shops, and Chinese take aways. Close all pubs and bars, and stop the sale of alcohol in supermarkets. Get rid of sweet shops, ban choicolate, and remove all cakes and biscuits from the shelves.

You'll live longer, but you won't enjoy it.

I eat all those things in moderation and I am, to the best of my knowledge, healthy and an acceptable BMI. You can abuse anything. Millions die each year from alcohol, road vehicles, exposure to the sun… heck, you can stick your head in a garden shredder if if you really want to. There’s a difference between sustained abuse of an every day product and a disease which is genuinely harmful.

Unless you create habits where you can live your life without shovelling shit into your mouth

Yep but a lot of people don’t.

So what are you suggesting? We ban everything in the world which people could use to inflict harm?

No but I’m saying the governments and big pharma care about profits not your health. During this all started seen very little talk about a healthy lifestyle and how this can also combat covid. But then A healthy person isn’t a profitable one

So does underfunding the NHS. There is no simple answer to lifestyle choices, but there is for the unvaccinated.

We could add calories/fat content with food/drink purchases to the NHS app? get fined when you breach a certain amount.

Should be easy to do on our 'world leading app'

That’s not news Turkish, we’ve known for decades that being obese is unhealthy. Why would you need an ‘expert’ to come on TV and explain it again. It’s been reported countless times by various news channels that obesity is a risk factor.

She why when people go to the Doctors do they not give dietary advise then instead reaching for the prescription pad to stick a pill in you instead?

So do people who get injured playing contact sports, cyclists who get hit by cars, people who have accidents doing DIY, drinkers, smokers, old people….

None of those things are self inflicted, they are accidents. Being a glutinous lazy cunt is.

They can all be avoided with the correct life choices, just like being a fat cunt can.

You can avoid a breaking your leg in a bad tackle in football or being hit by a car by making correct life choices?

If you don’t play football you don’t break you leg in a football tackle.

So what do you suggest? No one ever leave their houses?

Only in your dopey world is it comparable for someone shovelling shit in their gobs for years and becoming obese or a smoker for year to someone getting an impact injury playing sports as similar

Never leave the house and you’ll never hurt yourself, apart from getting depression because you never get any fresh air or speak to anyone. Great advice pal

If I was your "pal" I would probably be the only one, but sadly for you, I am not your pal.

I have a selective group of friends badge. Most of them don’t get all upset about reading things they don’t agree with on football forums, so you’re right, you wouldn’t be my pal.

No, I’m just pointing out the fact that there are loads of reasons why people end up using the health service. I used to work in A&E years ago and at the weekends it was always full of people in sports kit with injuries. Obesity is a big problem but fatties are not the only people clogging it up.

So your point is there are lots of reasons why people go to hospital. Thanks for letting us know, Such insight! 🤣🤣🤣

So so obvious, yet you still didn’t understand. You thought I was trying to make out sports injuries are as big a problem as obesity.

As I said, thick as fuck.

No I didn’t. As ever, the thread very quickly went over your head and you tied yourself up in knots. Thanks for pointing out people go to hospital for many different reasons though, I don’t know how we’d survive without your input 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Amusing to see Soggy still going through and “liking” or “loling” at posts against me. Although he’s stopped putting a confused emoji on every post I do since you can see who did it and he was caught out lying about having me on ignore. What a tragic existence

Is it as tragic as constantly mentioning it ?

I have just read a post by Turkish in your reply Badger so this is on you!! 😄 But thank you for putting his post into context.

His strange obsession with whether he is being ignored or not springs from his narcissistic nature. Any attention is good attention to someone with A Narcissistic  Personality Disorder. I will say it one more time as his understanding of the situation seems to be clouded by his overinflated opinion of his own self importance in a football forum. He is on my ignore list but I can still read his posts when they are quoted by others and you are able to chose to read posts if you wish by selecting the read post option. Occasionally I have read a post by him for the sake of continuity in the thread. I have always known that you can see who have posted an emoji so this supposed stunning revelation by our resident ego maniac is rubbish. I have no problem in him knowing if I have read a post by him. It doesn’t make me a liar. He is on my ignore list and has been for some time. Any mod can confirm that. At the same time I have never claimed not to read anything he has written. I am sure there are others doing the same. No big deal really, except to Turkish who desperately needs to hoover up attention. So hopefully we have cleared up this very unimportant issue and he will stop using me as an attention seeking device.

Moving on…

Yeah, because pointing out the fact that fat people are unhealthy is really valuable input.

Love the way that the more you realise you are talking shite, the more laughing emojis you put at the end of the post to try and hide it. You really are a one-off.

You do know you can’t reply to people when they’re on ignore Soggy? How did You reply to me the other day then you utter bullshitter? You used to add confused emojis to all my posts when you could do it anonymously, funny how it stopped when you could see who did it. You’ve also replied to me many times in the past since you got caught out lying about it. I’m the ego manic yet it’s you that is regularly announcing who you have on ignore and regularly gets caught out lying about it  🤣🤣🤣🤣

Err, that’s your thing mate. Go down a rabbit hole start getting out of your depth, which rarely takes long, then  emojis start, calling people thick (which is We’re we at now on this thread) and we know you’re done when you add “it’s not rocket science” into a post, sadly for you most things seem to be.
