I’d agree with that. We really don’t play that badly, considering we have so many sub-standard players we are forced to rely on. A team with McCarthy, Bednarek, Elyounoussi, Redmond, Tella, Stephens and Armstrong regularly starting could easily be welded to the bottom of this league. This is a squad which was forced to sell three of its supposed better players in summer, who now can’t get a game for midtable Villa and Leicester.

Tino: not a defender self be right sided #10

Bednarek: Total shit, regressed badly from an already average CB

Stephens: just back from injury, wouldn't feature if Salisu available 

KWP: on wrong side

JWP: something isn't right with him, awful this season

Diallo: serviceable as a replacement for an aging Romeu 

Redmond: if he's suddenly looking good then you know the rest must be dire

Elyanoussi: I don't see any change in him since the last time, too slow in brain and foot for EPL

Tella: he's been ok, still young

AA: works hard enough but just like Ely, too slow a brain for EPL

Broja: the one bright spot but he's been isolated and anonymous today

Is it fair to say we were performing better and getting better results when JWP was out? 

Obviously it doesn't help that we are missing starters McCarthy, Salisu, Romeu and Adams.

He's looked dodgy. Some very poor kicking and flapped at that cross which could easily have been given a a goal.

Don't see how that wasn't a penalty for Tella. Arsenal player made no attempt  to play the ball. When you see the joke penalty decisions the likes of Man City get it makes me feel sick.
