I think the project works have only just commenced on site, so progress to date will be minimal. The general contract terms for payment will be - work 4 weeks - value works - agree payment - pay 4 weeks later. The ones who will lose out are the poor old subbies and suppliers who are left high and dry. Brymor going into administration was a bit of a shock to the local construction industry as they are a decent sized regional Contractor who only recently completed the multi million pound cruise terminal at the Docks.
