Lack of playing time for Tella has to be one of the most infuriating aspects of this season. Guy's pace would cause any team trouble, regardless of how raw he is/how deep they sit. He'd certainly be more effective during a 20m sub appearance than Walcott.

Completely bemused at the treatment of Tella this season, ignored completely again while  Walcott who's had tonnes of opportunities and been awful gets another.
