Yep too slow to act. Unfortunately a number of good chances have come his way. A bit of decisiveness and we're 3-1 up. Norwich have literally done nothing but get away with a foul and then catch Alex cold.

Totally. Weak shooting, gives the ball away, just not very good.

He works hard and is very neat but he simply isn't up to hurting teams in the PL. He can't beat anyone, he can't make space like, say, a Tadic and he can't get shots away quick enough. Having him and Diallo on the wings leaves us a bit toothless. Need to get Tella or Broja on instead.
