Funny that Ralph is willing to play Valery and KWP with one playing farther forward (even interchanging), but not - as yet - KWP and Tino.

Nobody has called for KWP or Livramento to play as a CB in a 3 with the other at wingback.

Well done Saints!

Is it straight to penalties tonight? I think it is right for all rounds of Carabao cup until the semis?

Straight to penalties. Only the semifinals and final can have extra time.

Lyanco and Salish look good. Unfortunately Diallo is having a mare giving the ball away in midfield danger areas. A Armstrong and Adams’ look like league one contenders rather than Prem strikers - no surprise there really. Such a shame Stu Armstrong is playing so deep. Can’t see a way back TBH.

You’re wrong. Diallo holding his own in there

No, but the point is that their interplay down the right is causing Chelsea some problems, which is what many feel would happen with a Tino/KWP combo.

Cracking game.

Don't really care what happens from here because I expected us to get beaten when I saw the strong team Chelsea had put out. It's been great entertainment and we've had a proper go at them.

Could tell AArmstrong wasn't going to pick anyone out there, had the chance for a simple pass back to SArmstrong on the edge of the box but instead got his head down and just blasted it across.

Shame that our best long distance ball thrower is also our best in the air!

Actually, I'd say our best in the air is the player who couldn't play against his parent club tonight.

Wtf is Ralph playing at? Taking off Tella and Adams for Walcott and Long? He has totally lost the plot. What a tool.
