However Iâve got quite into doing these less glamour challenges. The latest one is âbring sally up bring sally downâ you basically get in the press up position and play the song which lasts about 3.30 mins. Here what it is, but to summarise youâre in the press up position for the duration of the song, bring sally up hold in at the top of the position, bring sally down hold at the bottom until it says bring sally up. Watch this and give it a go, itâs. a lot harder than it looks. If you make it to the end of the song youâre a beast. Thatâs the aim for me.
