He’s firmly a Liverpool fan nowadays.

Dman Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Trent looking out his depth again defensively. Gordon has him on toast.
skintsaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Everton having a few half chances here. Liverpool doing zilch.
Jimmy_D Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Difficult for Everton to dig themselves out now..
Lighthouse Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Slightly less nauseating than every other Liverpool goal ever scored. 3
Sheaf Saint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Gordon could have jumped that sliding tackle and got to the ball, but it seems that playing alongside Richarlison is starting to rub off on him and he goes down far too easily. 1
Tamesaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Have never cheered a Liverpool league goal before. I feel slightly dirty.
AlexLaw76 Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Liverpool score 😂 to be fair, Everton have defended well until now
nta786 Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 I’d say other than winning us a trophy Ralph could make this a season to remember if we can pull out a result and stop Liverpool from winning the league in May. I suspect we’d have 18 other teams cheering us on. 2
skintsaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Gordon don't stop running. Would suit us if they go down
SaintBobby Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Feeling a bit better about losing to Burnley now… 1
skintsaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Few more 'pool goals just to ruin their GD even more would be good.
Jimmy_D Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Everton’s goal difference is starting to look a bit ominous now too

skintsaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Red would be good although Henderson makes a meal of it. 1
OttawaSaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Lucky boy, seen them go for that. Petulant twat!
AlexLaw76 Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 (edited) Everton playing Chelsea next. Origi MoM? Christ! Edited 24 April, 2022 by AlexLaw76
skintsaint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 not sure why FL moved Gordon to the other wing, he had the freedom of Merseyside down the left.
whelk Posted 24 April, 2022 Author Posted 24 April, 2022 Is Carragher contracted to do all Liverpool games? Sky killed off fan commentary as it was a piles of shit 1

Jimmy_D Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Think that might have been red if Liverpool weren’t 2-0 up 3
whelk Posted 24 April, 2022 Author Posted 24 April, 2022 And banging on about Origi winning it for them. Twat they were 1-0 up

S-Clarke Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Everton played for a 0-0 and maybe a lucky goal from a set piece, it almost worked but the subs changed it. Diaz is such a good player, he's slotted into that front 3 like he's been there for ever.
SaintBobby Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Most bookies have Everton odds on to go down now.

It was probably Everton’s best chance of getting something, but they needed everything to go for them, and it didn’t. As soon as they conceded they had no choice but to open up.

Their run in isn’t good, they’ve got Chelsea Leicester and Arsenal to play. Saying that, they’ve also got watford Brentford and Palace, so they’re not dead just yet. Burnley’s run in also has its ups and downs, watford Villa twice Spurs and Newcastle.

I'd hope for a win against Palace at home, we could beat Leicester away and play on their fragility this season. Not the force they once were. Brentford will be tricky, but they're not Man City. Weirdly more confident in the games where the teams play football and attack us, as we seem to get more of a handle in those games and aren't bullied.

Burnley playing Villa with Gerrard managing twice might be, uh, interesting…

Yep, which is why I’m slightly worried for games against the big 6 when they have the luxury to make 5 subs next season.

Brentford found form again, maybe a point. Palace best chance of three points but tough game. Leicester still a very good side, maybe a point if we’re lucky. 1
Sheaf Saint Posted 24 April, 2022 Posted 24 April, 2022 Anybody still believe Everton are too good to go down?

They’ve got a mediocre manager, some bang average players, and nobody in any form to consistently put the ball in the net.
