We moved up to 12th briefly then, until Leicester's swift equaliser.

Would rather keep Leeds further behind us.

Getting a bit tasty at Goodison. Everton were awarded a penalty but VAR reversed it and now tempers are flaring.

Brilliant entertainment 0-0. Like a grudge match from the 1st minute. Intriguing.

Really enjoyed it, and happy with all the results thus far. Stands us in good stead.

Holgate just got a red from VAR. Another one of those ones that look at worse in slow mo. He cleared the ball and his foot carried on into Hojbjerg. Not sure what he could have done.

Same old Arsenal...always cheating. Disgraceful.

I'm not bothered about them not giving the ball back but that body check right before the goal. Wtf?!?

Yeah, i would have been fuming if that was us, was a foul and should have been disallowed.

I think Kane has stayed on holiday in Miami, but Daniel Levy has hired a look-a-like to save face .

That's highly probable. They often have harrykanes in Florida...

Table sorting of taking shape now. I’m feeling more confident than a few weeks ago for sure. I think the teams below us are all worse than us.

Good news that Arsenal’s suicidal efforts didn’t stop them defeating Watford

I wish we'd got David Moyes when he was shit, sacked him and then reappointed him.

Maybe all we need is Mark Hughes back and we'd be fighting for the title.

I wish Caraghar would shut up with this “Trent” pony, he’s getting right on my tits. He doesn’t call anyone else by their first name.. fucking plank.

Do you get annoyed when commentators call Rodrigues de Paula Santos ‘Fred’?

I dunno, the one that twist my nipples more is when he calls out Bobby, oh ay, Bobby Firmino.

West Ham conceding that equaliser means only Chelsea, City and Liverpool have a better defensive record than we do so far this season.

Considering how awful our defending was only a few months ago, that's quite remarkable.

Think most of us on here would be livid if that happened to Saints.

My mate calls him TAA which is even worse.

Do you ever refer to Hasenhüttl as Ralph?

Haha, 2-1 West Ham. A bit crap from the best keeper to ever play the game or whatever their fans call him.

Imagine the hyperventilating posts on here if McCarthy had let that in.

Just shows even the so called best can mess up

 Awful defending from Trent

People clamouring for him in the England squad, but he can't defend, out of all England's right back options he is by far the worst defensively and Reece James seems to be hitting similar heights attacking wise anyway, and is much quicker, which is another issue with TAA, he's relatively slow for a full back.

He's alright, just overrated by the media.

He didn't have any involvement in the third goal, I just mentioned him by first name as a nod to Ducky getting annoyed with Carragher calling him by his first name further up the thread.

I do: a) I'm not a commentator and b) Hasen-whatever is a pain to type.

Why should something so trivial bother you so much? Strange.

Lots of pent up aggression. There's no place anymore in this world for a hardman on the terraces, spilling claret, causing bovva, and getting into skirmishes with the old bill...

I know you love to have the last word, but where did I suggest it bothered me? I merely asked a question

Which I would say was an issue, he's at the back post where Zouma heads the ball, but just watches it happen.

I can see the logic for both Trent and TAA being used. Alexander-Arnold is both long to say and long to type.

Very interesting hearing Atwells justification for not sending Cresswell off yesterday against Liverpool.

'Not enough force to endanger the player.'

So once again it just puts these challenges back into the realms of subjectivity. If you apply that logic to JWP's red at Chelsea, its just means that either the ref is guessing, or the var operative is. The only bit of consistency is Mike Dean who always goes 100% against us!
