Save to say Keane won’t be impressed. How this Utd side could be 4th is baffling.

I think it says more about the other teams competing for it than it does about them.

They're lucky to be only 2 behind here. They've been utterly abysmal.

Like ours against Chelsea, the Manchester United players are just walking around when not in possession, while Liverpool pass it around them at ease. Always find it bizarre as at their simplest they are still professional athletes, so you'd expect them to be able to break into a jog at the very least. And this is supposed to be a major rivalry.

How much do you think Martin Tyler would pay to fuck Klopp?

That twat Carragher is surely the most irritating, annoying pundit on tv. He has a voice like fingernails down a blackboard.

I would pay to watch Martin Tyler fuck him. Preferably with a crowbar.

Utd bring on Sideshow Bob and he immediately gives it away for Liverpool to score a 4th.

At fault for the goal, gets a booking for a rubbish challenge, then lucky to stay on after another foul. The ref then has a word to remind him he's about to get sent off after 5 mins.

Neville backs him, wishing all the others could run around like headless chickens, getting cards. Lots of moans about his old club, but it would be so much worse if he was anywhere near it.

How did Bielsa and Rangnick get their mythical reputations?

Expand

Tbh those United players gave up on Rangnik the moment they knew he wasnt a permanent replacement for Ole. That United squad needs a massive clearout - so many egos and those simply not good enough for a club of that stature. Remember when they signed Ronaldo, Varane and Sancho and some of their fans thought they would challenge 😂

Miss out on the title by 1 point

Lose to City in the champions league final

lose to Chelsea on penalties in the FA Cup final

Imagine the size of the self pity if that happened.

Seeing Liverpool get so close and then fail would be funny, but I think we'd all be sick by the levels of self pity and woe be me all over the news - as that's all it will be. ''The real winners lost, etc etc etc''. I miss the days of Liverpool being as bad as Man Utd, their pundit fans were a bit more muted then.

Man Utd isn't going to be fixed overnight though, Ten Hag is a good manager and has developed a quality Ajax side - but he has to be given time, because changing Man Utd won't happen overnight as they are fundamentally broken with a lack of quality. He won't be given time though, so this loop will continue for many years yet as they've got themselves into such a mess with their squad. It's funny to watch a once great club waddle around like a poorly run B&B.

If you could choose one; Liverpool not winning anything else or Everton relegated, which would it be?

Everton going down. Bonus would also be it would make a work mate very sad. And still hate that club

If things stay as they are would anyone want Burnley to beat us and put Everton in the bottom 3??

Expand

Nope, but if we do end up losing tomorrow then that is the only very slight positive spin I can put on it.

All this talk of nothing to play for but there is still PL prize money which could give us the funds for a new player. Also I don’t want to go into summer with a terrible end to season, last year we had the Euros but this year I’d dwell on it.

No. Partly because I’d never want saints to lose and partly because Everton aren’t going to go down anyway.

Burnley beat us tomorrow they go level on points with them. Then Everton away at Liverpool Burnley home to wolves on Sunday. They could be at least level on points with them by Sunday night
