Purchase History on Official website

Just logged on to the official site and I notice my previous purchase history has disappeared.  Previously you could trace it back years all tickets that had been bought.  Some of the early  games in the season occasionally require proof of purchase history from previous seasons.  Anyone else noticed strange things with their IT club account set up.

Mines not there either. They must have a record because I got Sheffield Utd tickets on the back of my away record.

I spoke to the ticket office about this like 3 days ago. 

They said unfortunately we aren't able to see our purchase history, but from their side they can. They said they're working hard to display this for us again and will hope to do so soon.

I wish I could, however they're all on the season ticket. So unless it was a cup game they aren't listed individually.

The Everton away tickets announcement this morning on the SFC website tells you how you can check your number of aways from season 2019-2020, which is how they are setting the priority for the sale of the Everton tickets.

If you go to edit profile online and scroll down it will tell you your aways for 19/20. Not on the purchase history tab which would be sensible...
