OVER THE HILL Posted 13 June, 2021 Share Posted 13 June, 2021 Having bought a new Canon camera I need to download various software programs. All seems to be going OK during the installation until it is almost complete and then the Canon program stops with "An error has occured" message. OVER THE HILL Posted 21 June, 2021 Author Share Posted 21 June, 2021 Solved this problem at last. I created a new account on my computer with administrator access. Tried again to download the software the software, Digital Photo Professional being the most important one, and it downloaded first time . All working perfectly now.
