 i don't agree with the two tier decision making where most would accept that as a foul outside the box but not inside.

Maybe they should bring in a indirect free kick for that sort of stray arm, which would mean consistency regardless where on the pitch.

Was unlucky with his shot, was similar to the 2nd Wales goal but the defender got a touch. Unlucky with the rebound from O’Donnells shot, ball just a bit too high for him.
