It is a Football Insider story by clickbait merchant Wayne Veysey. He barely counts as a journalist. He has come out with some absolute nonsense about Saints in the past.

There is nothing particularly ground breaking there, it's not in any way suggesting we are going to appoint him anytime soon, it basically saying he doesn't want to move and wants to stay on the south coast so we are logically the next closest PL club to Bournemouth.

As and when we are looking for our next manager, I would be hoping for someone of a much higher calibre than Eddie Howe.

Quite frankly if Howe were became the height of the Club's managerial ambition then they would very soon deserve to be a top six club in League 1.
