Elyounoussi has been missing for the first 45. Just how I remember him. Hopefully we're looking for an attacking midfielder because he doesn't convince me.

Nice to see the taking a knee will be carried on this season.

Is it still a case of him not being quick enough to think and react and getting caught in possession of is he just a peripheral figure not looking to get on the ball and get involved?

He is still slow of the mark but he's not making any runs or finding the space to get into dangerous positions. Hasn't done anything with the ball either.

Damn, was hoping he’d have somehow become a better player and would be able to put a shift in for us this upcoming season.

These random Cardiff City commentators know more about us than a lot of the Sky/BT ones we get.

Adams - Long
Redmond - Tella
Romeu - Diallo
Djenepo - Bednarek - Stephens - KWP
Forster

Team at the 60th.

Apologies if I’ve missed it but notice that we have 17 year old Ryan Finnigan on bench. Midfielder. Otherwise new to me. Anyone any info on him? Good prospect?

Long getting into all the right positions and making all the right runs but still can't finish. Frustrating player.

Impressed with the Cardiff TV commentary tonight. Normally club media is dreadful and they haven't a clue about the opponent. They actually know our squad pretty well.

Agreed, it's been really good. Not biased, fair and really well researched for both clubs. Better than listening to Sky or BT Sport.

On another note, Redmond has been unplayable - he's changed the game and opened it up.  Elyonoussi was a little man lost out there for the time he was on.

2nd half was great, we picked them apart. Tella was electric, as was Redmond.

Don't think much, if anything, of Elyonoussi. Looked how I remembered him, not suited to our game in the slightest.

Salisu looks good at defending, terrible on the ball though.  Will cost us big time if that does not improve.

Valery was decent going forward, shite at defending - we knew that anyway.

Theo was decent

However, far too strong for them 2nd half,

Redmond, Adams and Tella were very good.

A nod to Diallo also.

Can only beat whats put in front of you, but make no mistake Cardiff were pants. And smelly pants at that. But we’ll definitely be Champs by Christmas mark my words. Err, or not.

-Valery looks really strong physically now. You can see he has been working a lot to improve his frame. That should help him throughout the season.

-Redmond played very well, was taking defenders, and playing very nice through balls.

-Tella is so so pacy, that in itself makes a big difference. He was also very composed in a lot of attacks, his run for the 4th was very good, nice and composed, didn t rush it and played the ball to Adams at the right moment.

- Adams looks very sharp already.

- Ings and Moi not in the game

Yes, very good. Informative, knowledgeable, and fair. Got to say, Cardiff City TV put on a better show than Cardiff City FC. I didn't think they offered much of a challenge, but these pre-season games can be quite deceiving, and as someone above said, you can only beat what's in front of you.....
