Season Ticket Holders Video

Any one else watch the YouTube video from David Thomas, the Head Commercial bloke?

it was sent to season ticket holders and was basically him answering questions that had been sent in.

Nothing very exciting. About 75% of existing season ticket holders have opted to roll forward the balance from this year's account to offset the cost of next season.

They are refurbishing the concourses a bit and have new food and drink providers. They are also introducing contactless payments to try and speed things up a bit.

The £75 million loan that we took out is repayable over the next 5 years and they will have to be careful with the spending (nothing new there).

The old chestnut of stadium expansion was asked about but this is not likely in the near future. We've averaged about 95% capacity over the last few seasons and this is not enough to risk the substantial costs of expansion.

They hope to have a few supporter type events at St Marys before the new season and, regulations permitting, Hope to open fully in August.

I didn't get it probably because I'm no longer considered a holder considering I cashed mine out.

Who's the new drinks provider.

I quite liked the watered down Kingfisher piss...

I thought he talked a lot without actually saying anything.

Waffling about doing up concourses and food options but nothing of interest particularly.

They need some decent Ale.

2 very decent breweries within a stone's throw of the ground. Imagine the publicity the club could give to a local business by partnering up with them.

Sadly there's no money in that for the club so the best we can hope for is one that's sold some of their business to a huge company like Beavertown did with Heineken. Spurs sell their beer now so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that we could get that was well.

Even something like Punk IPA cans would be better than the piss they sell at the moment. They could make a packet match day if they had a decent  beer and a decent lager, served quickly and efficiently. I’d stay for a couple afterwards, waiting for the crowd to clear and I’m sure many others  would. Thens there there’s pre game, & half time. They’ve got a captive audience, there must be at least 10 thousand piss artists in the crowd.
