Gotta be in the running for Player of the season this year imo. Our most creative player by far, like Ralph says our best carrier, he does a better job running wth the ball and beating players then our actual wingers. like Redmond, Moussa etc even though Armstrong is as much as a cm back in his Celtic days.. he’s been superb this season

KWP for me.

Without him we fall apart plus he gives  us the attacking option.

This is the correct answer. So, so key to how we play.

Perhaps fortunate in that when he was out we had no one to step in, maybe making him look better, but what a good player he is.

Agree with comments on KWP
I initially thought this was a poor, over priced, transfer.
Just goes to show how little I know.
Stuart Armstrong has got fitter and better as a consequence.
JWP was another I thought was a bit limited but has now become an integral part of our team.
I think most of us had negative views on Vestegaard only for him to prove us wrong on current form

A very close call for me, between KWP and Stu. I think Romeu would have been up there as well but for his injury. I think he was having a really good season. Let's face it though, whoever scores the winner in the Cup Final will be Player of the Season......possibly the decade.  (Keep dreaming Keef - it's working!)

Logically if we were still able to vote for MotM on match days, all we would have to do is add up the points each player has earned from fans for coming 1st, 2nd or 3rd each week.

Of course there is always bias toward strikers if they score a goal or two so KWP and OR would not necessarily get the accolades they deserve.

JWP, Armstrong, Vestergaard, KWP all had good seasons, but I think whoever scores the winner in the cup final will have to get it by default.

Big fan of Armstrong, hoping he can avoid any issues this international break , he's been injured and caught covid so far on those. Big fan of his, we're a much better team when he is playing.

Kyle Walker-peters just pips the mighty Stuy Armstrong..a team shouldn’t fall apart wen you lose your right back but we actually missed kwp that much he is an integral part of our a team now in wot we do and how we play..since he’s been back we look a lot more assured and confident defending and going forward.. he’s been our lynch pin and has been very consistent.. so kwp for me !

Tough to call POTS. JWP probably but I am a fan of KWP.

Vestergaard gets most improved player. Tella probably gets the young POTS in lieu of much other choice, unless Diallo qualifies at 22.

Why jwp?other than great free kicks and he’s played every minute.. he goes missing in a lot of matches and wen we’ve needed a skippers voice he’s not rallied .. he has a great engine no doubt ... but player of the season...??nah found wanting !

Sad state of affairs for our team if our system is heavily reliant on a right back who was third choice at Spurs. He's a great player and our player of the year imo, but the system needs to be more resilient next season. What if he gets injured for 6 months, is that season over for us? No othet team is so dependent on a full back

What if it’s an own-goal?

The fact that he was third choice as Spurs is irrelevant. The way he has played this season I would be quite confident saying he is better than any of the right backs at Spurs.

Broadly though I agree with your point we can't be so reliant next year. Our lack of depth at full back is no plain for all to see and we've been trying to remedy it in the loan market.
