davefizzy14 Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 (edited) Happy with that hoping we will face Leicester. Edited 21 March, 2021 by davefizzy14

saintwbu Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Best draw we could hope for imo - obviously realise both have beaten us 9-0, but Leicester definitely got the least squad strength out of the 3 teams left and United prone to being shit quite regularly.
S-Clarke Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 If there's a game where we can revenge the 9-0, from either side, this is it. Weird draw in that sense.
LGTL Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Strange how I’m relatively happy to be playing one of two teams that have both stuck 9 past us in the recent past!
Killers Knee Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 We have a chance to avenge at least one of the 9 nils 1
Toadhall Saint Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 (edited) That’ll do. Couldn’t give a shit about the 9 nils. On our day we can beat either of them. Edited 21 March, 2021 by Toadhall Saint 2

SKD Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 (edited) Would there be a more iconic and fitting way to sum up Ralph saints career than to beat one of the sides who beat us 9-0 in the semi final? A long way to go for that to happen yet, but seems written in the stars. Edited 21 March, 2021 by SKD

nta786 Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Man Utd have just made 4 subs in one go. Pure desperation from Ole that

LGTL Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 No reason why we can’t beat them on our day. They’ll be delighted to have us of course, but it’s the best draw for us too.

Chez Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Avoided Cit, its therefore a great draw. Leicester are a very good side, as they showed when beating us at their place. We were tremendous in the first half of that game, but they completely stuffed us in the second half. We will have to play bloody well, but we can be hopeful. 1
Fan The Flames Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Would have preferred Man U, nevermind we can beat Leicester.
saintwbu Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 At least against Leicester I reckon the best team on the day will go through
Viking Saint Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Leicester it is then. Nothing to lose and got to have been the best possible draw for us??
JustinSFC Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Leicester. Happy with that. That's the best outcome and retribution.

Wurzel Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Saints have been drawn against Leicester (City or Fosse) in the FA Cup 6 times before today. In one of those amazing FA Cup coincidences, Leicester have also previously drawn us 6 times . 1 3

Teddeer Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 They looked very good today but we have a chance against them. Just glad to avoid Man City. 1

Someone we haven't played at Wembley before.
aintforever Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Obviously going to be tough but probably the best we could have hoped for.
Saint Billy Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Leicester looked impressive, we will really have to be at our very best and more to beat them.

whiteleySaint30 Posted 21 March, 2021 Posted 21 March, 2021 Strange that I'm delighted to get Leicester and feel we have a real chance - need to remind myself they are third in the prem for a reason.
