Best draw we could hope for imo - obviously realise both have beaten us 9-0, but Leicester definitely got the least squad strength out of the 3 teams left and United prone to being shit quite regularly.

Strange how I’m relatively happy to be playing one of two teams that have both stuck 9 past us in the recent past!

I would prefer the calibre of teams to be a bit like the picture below!

I had forgotten how ridiculously easy their route to the final was.

If there's a game where we can revenge the 9-0, from either side, this is it.

Weird draw in that sense.

You can bet your house that those results will be mentioned god knows how many times.

To be fair they did win away at man united who would win the champions league that year. But yes, semi final and final were ridiculously easy.

It was mentioned by the BBC commentator within about 20 seconds of the second half starting 🙄

Once already when the Leicester match restarted on BBC.

Would there be a more iconic and fitting way to sum up Ralph saints career than to beat one of the sides who beat us 9-0 in the semi final?

A long way to go for that to happen yet, but seems written in the stars.

We should have a sweep stake.

How many times in the pre match chat

How many times in first half

How many times during half time

How many times during second half

How many times in the post match chat

That would be nice (was going to go all Kevin Keegan on you but thought probably best not).

Probably the least favourable of the lot. It gives you hope that we might win and will Be even more disappointed when we don’t.

Our next league game after the semi final? Leicester at home. We also played wolves and arsenal at home after knocking them out the cup......

No reason why we can’t beat them on our day. They’ll be delighted to have us of course, but it’s the best draw for us too.

Similar to the last round. Both clubs will Be happy...

Avoided Cit, its therefore a great draw.

Leicester are a very good side, as they showed when beating us at their place. We were tremendous in the first half of that game, but they completely stuffed us in the second half. We will have to play bloody well, but we can be hopeful.

Like Leicester today?

Or Like Saints in the League Cup final? Or numerous games this season where Man United have been piss poor and still managed to win/be given a penalty to win?

Saints have been drawn against Leicester (City or Fosse) in the FA Cup 6 times before today.

In one of those amazing FA Cup coincidences, Leicester have also previously drawn us 6 times .

How many times have we drawn Utd? Seems like every other year.

Leicester will be a nice change anyway. Someone we haven't played at Wembley before.

I'd agree we're less likely to suffer big club bias.
