You couldn't honestly say that didn't come off the Boscombe defender. It was mentioned on TalkSport the other day, one of two things need to happen: - either audio is made public so that we can hear their reasoning - referees have to explain their decisions post game.

Eh? It was the knock off of Adams’ shoulder that was offside. Annoyingly close but correct decision.

I've said this before, but I really don't understand how other sports (esp Rugby) can get it so right and football gets it so wrong. 1

I think it's vital to have it to prevent the kind of glaring injustices like that erroneous offside call in our EFL cup final. But they certainly need to address how it is being used, because it oftempn seems that the officials are looking for any excuse they can to disallow goals. 3
