IFAB will no longer consider it an offence if an accidental handball leads to a team mate scoring a goal or having a goal-scoring opportunity. Let's hope the refs can understand that one.

Why wouldn’t they understand it? 
 

Not that it’ll stop people moaning. They now have to decide if they think it’s handball or not.

Fifa's obsession with absolute type rules is subsiding, accidental handball is back. Neither system is ideal but the subjective system is better even if it appears to favour the big clubs.
