Players have all of a sudden turned it up a notch sprinting full pelt and hassling Everton, were we saving ourselves for the last 20 minutes in this second half? A huge sudden increase in effort this last few minutes.

Redmond has been worse than useless in this game. Generally though, we look like we literally have no idea what to do other than pass it back to the centre backs

The folk-devil narrative is not without reason. Redmond has the lowest player rating for this game on Opta stats - zero tackles, zero balls won in the air, given the ball away five times in possession (joint highest), second-lowest pass completion percentage. All of these are only fractionally worse than Adams.

I don’t agree he’s lost the dressing room, they’re still (mainly) working hard, we’re just shit.

These are my GEX scores for tonight: (GEX=get excited -even just a tiny bit- when they’ve got the ball)

Redmond 0

Bertrand 1

Adams 2

Salisu 3

Bednatek 4

Ings 5

Forster 6

Djenepo 7

Ward Prowse 8

westergaard 9

Armstrong 10

of course 10 does not mean very excited- just a lot better than zero

Other ratings are available😊

What’s the time in your part of Canada now?
4:30pm if it is Ottawa seems very early for supper!

Yes 4:30. Supper, means tea/dinner in Canadian. French influence, souper = supper = evening meal, diner = dinner= lunchtime meal.
