Can one of you good people , tell me what i must do in this section, do i send my Birth Certificate etc, or do i fill in my Passport number on the form.?? I was talking to a mate yesterday, and he said i don't have to send any identity documents just my photo card licence, he said they will know all what your identity is, From the times i have applied for the 3yrs for over 70s applications, i'm now 76yrs of age, and this will be my third 3yrs application.( He said i just ignore sections 5 &6 which ask for identity) Thanking You Again Rob Edited 21 February, 2021 by johnjelly 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
