Instead of mincing around they should have been doing some proper police work. You know, like maintaining law and order. A proper police presence in the town centre may have nipped this in the bud. They’re coppers, not a fucking concert party.

The police officers in question didn't need to do the Macarena to embarrass themselves.  The crime stats in that particular area already do it

Real buzz in Southampton yesterday with all the Pride celebrations.  Felt all very jolly and positive. Weather no doubt helped

I was amused to see current darling of the music scene Becky Hill came out as as queer a while back. She doesn’t feel comfortable calling herself heterosexual despite being engaged to her long term boyfriend. I guess it isn’t cool enough just to be straight these days is it.

Good point, I’d have thought Pedro pony was the obvious gay in the program but I guess they were worried about being accused of stereotyping cap Latinos as gay

this post getting a lot of attention on linkedin at the moment, a transgender who was born a woman, but transitioned to a man, but kept the womb and vagina so they could have a baby in the traditional way. The poster also demanded sanitary and disposal products in mens toilets, said transmen can get pregnant and have periods, reproductive rights are intersectional, and TERFs will be block. Jesus wept.

Sorry, I know I am laying myself open to being 'out of touch',, but biology quite clearly defines that that is not a man.

it doesn’t say how the baby was conceived, I assume as the fella has a vagina it was from sex with a man as a lot was made about giving birth traditionally. So a man with a penis entered a man’s vagina, into the womb. It’s all very odd.  
 

The poster also claims men can get pregnant and have periods as well. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It's funny, I saw this article pop up on the BBC Facebook page earlier. Lots of women (who seemed to have a chip on their shoulder) were commenting along the lines of it being good that men should be able to feel a woman's pain. We've now proven, obviously, that none of that's true, periods have nothing to do with being a woman and to claim as such is transphobic to all the men who menstruate and women who can't.

This is incorrect, 100% of people are bisexual. Any of the people you’ve been attracted in your life could choose to identify as male, female or otherwise. Therefore it’s clearly not accurate for someone to describe themselves at gay, lesbian or straight. Those terms are redundant.

Incorrect. A lot of gay couples want kids. Despite it being biologically impossible for this to happen they want to have kids. Somehow. And it’s their right.

Nope, that’s different too apparently. Any of the women you have ever fancied in your life could choose to identify as male, so you’re bisexual whether you like it or not. Like I said, there’s no such thing as a straight, gay or lesbian. Next time a bloke tries to tell you he’s gay, make sure you let him know he’s being transphobic.

I’d imagine if a footballer of reasonable fame came out they’d clean up on lucrative advertising contracts. These bluechip companies would be fighting each other to show their company welcome gay people as well as fat black ice skaters who talk about their periods

They’re absolutely desperate for someone to come out and like you say whoever does will coin it in. You’d think given all that at least a few would have by now.  Maybe it just isn’t as much of a thing as they want us to think it is?
