I received an email from my gym this week - Puregym - stating that they will be creating a new 'state of the art Women's workout space'.  Unfortunately they forgot to give any definition of what a 'woman' is, so this may become the emptiest space ever seen in a gym.

To a 77 year old like me the world has gone bloody mad. I have to ask my children and grandchildren what are the right words these days before I say something that offends. Too many people are so touchy over the slightest thing. My 16 year old grandson told me he had met a girl he liked. He said she was the first one who wasn't either gay or non-binary. I had to ask my daughter what non-binary meant. Wish I hadn't asked.

I was at a motorway services not too long ago and they had an ‘inclusive restroom’ which included the transgender ⚧️ , wheelchair and baby change symbols and was also written underneath in braille. I had to chuckle at the idea of its creator, who thinks they’re being tolerant and inclusive, but is actually just saying that trans, disabled, blind and babies who’ve shat themselves all get grouped together under ‘miscellaneous people’ in a special toilet.

Disappointingly my gym now has the equipment that requires women to open their legs now faces the wall. I remember years ago at Cricket Ground in Northlands Road where it good make some great viewing if the right fit women were in there. All discreetly glanced at of course, I mean I’m not a perve!
