East Kent Saint Posted 2 March, 2021 Posted 2 March, 2021 I see the Ref has admitted that he shouldn't have allowed the first 2 Welsh tries ! A bit late now , he is being retained on the Ref's list anyway.

saint1977 Posted 6 March, 2021 Posted 6 March, 2021 Good article from one of the PL’s less showy and lower key ex-refs on how to fix some of the raft of issues and restore a bit of trust. Agree with much of that: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56291846
benjii Posted 6 March, 2021 Author Posted 6 March, 2021 How do Arsenal not get that handball earlier?! Swiped the ball away with an outstretched arm, FFS.
Sarnia Cherie Posted 5 April, 2021 Posted 5 April, 2021 After the international break, it doesn't take Mike Dean long to get back in his stride. Brighton should have been awarded a penalty in their match against Man U but the great Mike Dean just ignores that. The bloke's a joke. 4

Would have had a tap in if he hadn't had his heels clipped by Maguire. Absurd that his decision was not overturned. Who was on VAR? Was it Mason again? We all know what the outcome would have been if it was at the other end - penalty and a red card. 4
tajjuk Posted 5 April, 2021 Posted 5 April, 2021 Mike Dean favouring Man Utd again, what a shock. You could see it was a pen from Maguire's reaction, he knew he'd fouled him. 4
rallyboy Posted 5 April, 2021 Posted 5 April, 2021 United look a much more balanced side with Dean in the middle, he's had a great season for them. 7 10

Barrow/Newport in Div 4. Hopefully we never see him again in the Prem, although he gets the "honour" of holding up the subs board at Sheffield Utd this Sunday. We,ve got Simon Hooper at WBA. He's only done the Shrewsbury Cup game for us this season.

No one will understand why the number 9 was subbed when clearly the number 6 was meant to come off. VAR will review it and, still unsure, Mason will then phone Mike Dean for a final decision, who irrespective of any evidence will award Man Utd a goal.......even though they are playing Tottenham 166 miles away. Simple. 1
danjosaint Posted 11 April, 2021 Posted 11 April, 2021 So he's back at it, ndidi already booked blatantly tripping think it was bowen on halfway line and let him get away with it, would've missed semi final, thank god he's retiring at end of season

Its only a 3 match ban that incudes both league and cup games.

East Kent Saint Posted 17 April, 2021 Posted 17 April, 2021 Still managed a yellow card for a non existent foul caused by Chelsea play acting .
