Would have had a tap in if he hadn't had his heels clipped by Maguire. Absurd that his decision was not overturned. Who was on VAR? Was it Mason again? Barrow/Newport in Div 4. Hopefully we never see him again in the Prem, although he gets the "honour" of holding up the subs board at Sheffield Utd this Sunday. We,ve got Simon Hooper at WBA. No one will understand why the number 9 was subbed when clearly the number 6 was meant to come off. VAR will review it and, still unsure, Mason will then phone Mike Dean for a final decision, who irrespective of any evidence will award Man Utd a goal.......even though they are playing Tottenham 166 miles away.
