Anyone know where I can get a rerun of the 76 final to watch on tv with me lad? 
He ain’t seen it. Would like to watch the 2003 as well, have it on video but no VCR anymore.

Cheers for finding / posting that. I've just realised I've only ever watched this once... On the day, whilst very inebriated in the Mick Channon suite at St.Mary's and as a result I've got no memory of how the game played out whatsoever! So, I'm now gonna watch it for the second time, but stone cold sober!

This is the first memory I have of going to a saints game, still have the flag we got outside the ground, will be good to watch it again.

The '03 final was the first game my son saw saints lose. I'd started taking him to the occasional game, but not enough to qualify for a ticket. Managed to buy a pair of tickets from a telephone tout by answering an ad that turned up on the fax machine at work. I was too young to go to the "76 final, so it had to be done. The tickets were £375 each, and were were sat amongst the Arsenal fans. They were as good as gold, and even tried to console my 6 year old at the end, even though he'd spent most of the match waving his flag in front of them , and poking them with the stick 😄.

To this day my mrs still doesn't know how much the tickets were, or that the whole day (including replica shitst etc) came to just over a grand 🥴.

2003 Final was a great day out  and the welsh traders in  Cardiff were so pleased to have us . My son brought a Swedish flag to the Stadium in support of Claus and Anders.

.First time I’ve seen that since being there on the day, never had the heart to watch it again or the highlights. Torrential rain and losing the cup final, what a way to spend my 18th birthday 😂

I remember watching it back some years later and realising we should have got something from the game, we deserve a draw at least. Didn’t overly feel like it in the day, think the occasion outdid the actual match.
