Cant believe how much of a blow that is. Hes been our best player over the last month or so. Makes the decision not to give Salisu a go more disappointing.

Laughable that Salisu isn’t ready to start.

If we can’t get him in vs Fulham then we’ll not see him until Shrewsbury unless another CB gets injured. This was a low risk chance to bed him in.

not sure you specify a four week injury prior to a sale. You might say it to put off bids.

Long and Stephens. Wowzers.

Ugh, watch Long somehow hit a post with the goal wide open, while the camera shows us that stupid smile Fulham punt the ball upfield catch Jack dozing off and they score the winner.

Has Ralph said anything about Ings?

He didn’t specify a timeframe, although he said Redmond & Vestergaard were a ‘little bit longer’ so I took that as Ings will hopefully be back sooner than the others?

Cheers. I'd imagine we might see Ings vs Leicester then.

Or you say it to explain why he won't be featuring (and therefore be at risk of scuppering an agreed deal) in any of our games before the window opens.

Hope not though.

I remember Long coming in for an injured Pele in around Christmas time, during the Koeman years.

Was excellent then. So fingers crossed!

I’m putting money on a Long hat trick because er ....

Not sure he's had a kick yet. Not sure that's a bad thing though.

Very sloppy so far, saints aren't good either.

We are bound to look a little disjointed from the usual slick football. Fulham are no slouches and work hard all over the pitch. Hopefully our better quality will prove the difference.

the bookies have shifted the odds well in favour of Fulham very early on. Poor start, but that's to be expected, we've had a fairly solid line up all season until now, and the lack of quality in the squad shows

Lee Hendrie I believe

That's the one. Recogniseable voice, split second thought it was Collymore.

Cheers. I thought it was Collymore as well.
