I see that the bookies also have Palace at long odds (albeit shorter than us) to beat Liverpool . Crazy odds.

As you say city need a win so I can't believe they will be cautious. An early goal from us would be very disruptive to them and I suspect we'll see a bit more energy in the press from the start - which I agree probably means a rest for Armstrong.

Can't see him playing a full game.

Elsewhere it's full of City stuff. If we beat them it will do wonders for Saints morale and perhaps the media will take us seriously. Pep says Romeo is one of the best midfielders in the Prem.

He is sometimes rested though when we have these spells with lots of games so it's probably a case of rotation to avoid tiredness/injury rather than being dropped.

But he seems to me to be breathing hard and I'm not sure he's fully recovered from his Covid.
