Because Arianna grande is mega famous and nobody outside of the niche world of musical theatre knows who the other one is?

She's going for an egot, she's plenty famous. And she's the actual lead actress.

Am I alone in being very worried that Muhammad has been announced as the top boy's name in the UK?

Expand

12 boys are born; 3 are called Muhammed, 2 are called Stephen, 2 are called Mark, 2 are called Noah, and there are 1 each of Simon, David, and Peter. Muhammed is therefore the most popular name.

Staistics are sometimes very misleading.

I completely understand what some people are concerned. You can’t get away from fact that it is not a traditional British name which speaks volumes about immigration into the country.

Britain is no longer 'traditional Britain'.  Probably hasn't been since just after the 1st world war.

Making Muslims work on Ramadan

hear me out here as this is actually quite funny. A company a friend works at has created a centralised overseas centre for their UK and European credit  control department to a Muslim country to save costs. Clearly the bottom line was all that mattered here as no one bothered to look into the cultural aspect

During Ramadan they will only work until 4pm UK time. they also won’t work 31st March which is the last order day for public sector, a very big area of business for them and the companies quarter end. It’s also the last of Ramadan which means there will be no one available to credit release orders. Apparently they are now being accused of racism for daring to suggest they work it as none of the new hires told anyone when they got hired the staff 🤣🤣🤣

astonishing lack of foresight from a global company all to save a few quid. Pretty funny though

Alleged misuse/Embezzlement of EU funds, exactly what brought down Nick Griffin and the BNP, leading to their eventual de-registration as a political party.

I guess all the other French politicians just embezzle from their own country.
