Yeah, that remains to be seen. Didn’t our current clown of a manager have a half decent record in Europe?

Juric isn't helped by a terrible squad that is completely out of its depth and was put together to play MartinBall.

Is that why he was playing Aribo at Left Center Back?

Sports Republic

Sport, not Sports.

Wilcox and Shields left because they had a job offer from one of the world's biggest clubs.

That isn't a negative for Sport Republic.

Not the same role. Plus Martin had no top flight experience in a major European League, Spors has.

Spectauclarly missed the point.  Again.

Being OK enough to be promoted from a league doesn't necessarily mean you are good enough (at whatever job you do) in the higher league.

Spors has no experience in the Championship, let alone the PL.

Because he has worked somewhere else, doesn't equate to him definitely going to be good for us as you keep insisting he will be.

Time will tell, but I'm not counting any chickens based on the absolute sack of shite Sport Republic have bestowed on us to date.

I will be truly amazed if the Spors fella is anything but a spectacular failure.

I've said it before but worth saying again.

When Sport Republic took over we were in a league above Fulham, Forest and Bournemouth.

They took over an established Premier League team they've turned us into Norwich City or West Brom. At best. I mean we're going down with a record worse than day-tripper Prem teams like Blackpool and Huddersfield and Swindon and Luton. Fucking appalling.

From top to bottom this is all on them. All of it.

Absolutely dreadful ownership and fucking terrible decisions top to bottom.

I don't think that they will be going away anytime soon. We have to hope that they will turn thing around....

Why?

Because the people running the club are completely clueless, there is always a chance they get lucky but everything they have done so far suggests failure.

The slide had definitely started before they took over but Martin Semmens said these guys had been chosen to take us to the next level.  Well, who knew that next level would be shitter than shit.  But at least MLG somehow thinks that after multiple failures, they somehow will come good.  Absolute dog shit so far.

Lets face it, if Spors shows anything remotely resembling competence he will be head and shoulders above what SR have done but if he does he will fuck off somewhere better in any case

You could argue at least half this current side was built with Wilcox recruitment .. surely it’s a combination of him and Martin that put this terrible side together . We got promoted last year but I would hardly hail Wilcox work as a huge success

Wilcox talks a very good game but so far has nothing to back up the talk.

Ankersson and Kraft obviously talked a very good game to Solak, but ultimately Solak has inserted himself at the top of the Club, undercutting Sport Republic to protect his money.

Since Dragon Solak took over chairmanship in The middle of January and Spors came in later there has been no chance to make changes.

Today, I think it's their first real opportunity.

Put a caretaker in for Seven games, sign a manager on a pre contract and give fans some hope of seeing good football next season.

Our future is pretty bleak if we're honest. What are our options? We'll only attract average championship level managers none of whom in the current crop inspire me. Our biggest hope is if Spors knows an up and coming young foreign manager who is currently under the radar. Other than that I suspect we're in for a turgid few seasons because this club is like a fish rotting from the head down.

It took Semmens two years to come up with Sports Republic. Wow just fucking wow. That is some level of incompetence right there.

If nothing else, the club should issue a statement about the relegation, what is now happening behind the scenes and a firm declaration of intent to get promoted as champions.

Useless, useless bastards

Hard to imagine worse owners. Couldn’t do any worse if they were actually aiming to relegate us.

My big fear is that their incompetence leads us to miss out on promotion next season. We will be really in the shit if that happens.

Your silence speaks voliumes.

My silence was cooking dinner for my daughter.

Wilcox put together a squad that got us promoted and got some very big fees for the departing players.

A big reason why we struggled thix season was because we didn't upgrade a lot of those players last summer. But that is not Wilcox's fault... as he had already left.

This will come back to haunt Sports Republic forever much in the same way that MLG said Jake Sinclair, Jake Thomson, Aarran Racine and Kanye McLaggon are 'Youngsters to watch' will forever haunt him.

I could be wrong ofc, but i think Wednesday have missed the pay deadline on 31st March, which makes 2months pay, which means staff/players are free to leave?

The money man has already moved aside Ankersson and Kraft.

We have to see what happens when Spors and Solak are making the decisions.

This hits the nail on the head for me.

SR have, without doubt, been a disaster. There is a positive though: they have spent a few ££. We can't dispute that: Dragan's money, pissed away by Ankersson and Kraft. They're the guys who've fucked it.

Dragan clearly had enough of this, hence the changes. If I were him I'd be fucking fuming.

Right now I'm not angry at SR. I am totally pissed off at Ankersson though. Prick.

No chance (or real point) in making big changes or spending big in January. This summer is the big one.

Hope Spors can deliver.

Ankersen was there today; he's still involved in some capacity. What that is, I'm not so sure ...

Kraft, yes. But Ankersen? See @SaintNewForest's post above.

Like herpes I suspect that charlatan will hang around and stink the place up, albeit quietly in the background. I fear his Titanic-sized ego won't allow him to take a back seat, let alone resign. And wasn't Juric another of his genius picks?

That’s a concern, it’s Spors responsibility now.

He is a director of the parent company. Turning up to a game doesn't mean he is doing Spors' job.
