Wade Garrett Posted 15 December, 2024 Posted 15 December, 2024 The board must be patting themselves on the back tonight. Dragan has probably sent Rasmus a thumbs up emoji text message. Genius, the lot of them.

adrian lord Posted 15 December, 2024 Posted 15 December, 2024 Need new owners/executives, it is not just Martin. 4
Gloucester Saint Posted 15 December, 2024 Posted 15 December, 2024 Whilst the main spotlight will be on Martin’s imminent sacking, there are bigger issues at hand. Rasmus cannot continue to have association or voting power even over SFC at the SR table. A bit like when someone has had a severe gastro bug and puked/shat everywhere, chuck some of the worst performing functions out within the club and spend the rest of the season rebuilding off the field. Scouting needs 100% overhaul, new CEO, marketing, Director of Football, total new management and coaching team. Academy is being neglected, need a higher profile and stronger figure leading that who can drown Rasmus out if Dragan really won’t stop him terrorising our club. 2

Agree, and if they won’t sell, then the only compromise can be total new leadership at the club and full independence from SR board with an experienced leadership team with 20-25 years good experience in the industry’s top European divisions. Rasmus will mean there isn’t an SFC in 5 years time. 2

Convict Colony Posted 16 December, 2024 Posted 16 December, 2024 2 out of 3 managers sacked across the clubs over the last couple of weeks, good job the gozteppe manager is doing a good job
FarehamSaintJames Posted 16 December, 2024 Posted 16 December, 2024 The lack of football knowledge or business acumen from people on top positions is laughable. I have no issue in what SR want to do long term. But in know way will you be able to build it properly or finance it if things are shit in the short term. There is such a lack of awareness from those at the club. 3
Oldandtired Posted 16 December, 2024 Posted 16 December, 2024 Given their past performances I feel sure they will soon be talking to the third team manager of Cheltenham Town about our vacant manager’s job. Given the ineptitude they have shown in running SFC it’s hard to believe they have succeeded in any business ventures. Obviously they have but how..(cue Jaws music😎) 1

The Henrik Kraft interview a few weeks ago where he referred to Rasmus as ‘Mr Football’ across the SR group. Which is a bit like referring to Frank Spencer as Mr Safe Construction at Balfour Beattie. 16

Can anyone shed light on whether my understanding is correct?

Can anyone shed light on whether my understanding is correct? It depends on the company's bylaws or articles of association but it's likely that, as majority shareholder, Dragan can remove any executive from the company. Typically you can remove a CEO by a simple majority vote and Dragan would have to be insane to have it any other way. Having the title of co-founder doesn't make offer any protection from this. Given the speed at which Martin was removed assuming that Dragan finally lost patience from a position of security a couple of weeks ago it's safe to assume he can assert himself. The trouble is Rasmus and Henrik were the football brains he trusted to build his empire and it's plenty easy to replace them with other chancers. 1
Mixedkebab Posted 21 December, 2024 Posted 21 December, 2024 Ankersen the Canada Goose sporting Ted Talking plum seemingly admits him and his cronies have fucked up entirely by giving Martin a new lengthy contract and not sacking him way earlier on the season by now employing a manager with seemingly a completely different style. Ankersen’s wavy haired, foppish, obsessive Pep following, ego driven mannerisms and desire to be seen as some kind of Che Guevara of football has made the whole club a right fucking farce. 4
Matthew Le God Posted 22 December, 2024 Posted 22 December, 2024 Göztepe are currently 4th in the Turkish Super League and are in a European spot. Shows they can run a club! Hopefully it eventually clicks at Saints! Although Saints fans may say they don't care about Göztepe and Valenciennes. The other clubs doing well has benefits for Saints as the keystone club in the group. 2 1
