RM was certainly not the same after he left. Fair point re: Wilcox, but regardless of the question marks over his effectiveness, I would venture that most people didn't need hindsight to realise leaving a massive DoF sized hole in our management structure wasn't going to end well... (MLG note: Yes, I know we had someone who notionally picked up the responsibilities of the DoF role, but it wasn't what we would consider to be a 'proper' DoF person)

We were not debating what he does, just whether he is on the board or not and he is. He will have had some input as the writing says "he brings to Saints extensive experience as a football executive" The value he brings like Kraft has clearly been useless

franniesTache Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I can only assume that Kraft has been asked to leave due to his complete and utter incompetence at delivering THE FIVE PLEDGES. Another board member rightfully forced out due to their lack of action on the pledges, hopefully any new person coming in will make it a priority and actually deliver them so we can move forward. 1

The book became a bestseller, selling 15,000 copies and led Rasmus to follow up this success with LEADER DNA, selling an astonishing 32,500 copies. Sir Clive Woodward Might not be a popular opinion but Sir Clive Woodward probably had a fair bit to offer, some of which has been taken up in later years for ‘marginal gains’ etc in various sports. What was ridiculous though is spending £ on his salary when we could not afford it after relegation, and worse still timing it to work alongside ‘arry.

I reckon this has been on the way for a while. As mentioned before Juric said he had been keeping an eye on Saints for a couple of months . He will have had a very good idea on what he has let himself in for. yeah we heard his Black Metal vide , his comment he doesn’t like golf it’s not aggressive enough and that fairly decent fight he had with Roma’s Sporting Director he’s clearly going to messed around with . I’ve worked with many different managers and my experience happy clappy managers don’t always work . These are some young lads they need some direction . They need to respect the guvnor . From what I have seen they are working for him . We have an unsettled team again. Some are still getting over the Russball brainwashing we’ve been hit by injuries, suspensions and more than of fair share of shit refereeing decisions. This is just my opinion yep I’ve backtracked from a lot I said last season, so what ? What I think makes very little difference but I do like the way Dragan has really taken control. I mean seriously everyone watches Premier League football can you imagine the shit he’s had from other businessmen I Don’t don’t feel sorry for him he’s loaded but he must be seriously fucked off. He had that flip out in Saints Hospitality kicking chairs around . He’s walking around chatting to his guests and his team has been humiliated by Spurs FFS The rest of the season is a write off but it gives Juric a lot of valuable time to see who’s pulling thier weight . He’s not going to stand on the touchline wondering whether one of his players needs a hug or not after the game. im damn sure he’s got a decent idea who he can rely on Archer . He’s knows he’s good committed . He’s checking out the other players. Juric will make some strange decisions but he will be looking big picture. This is of course is a lot of speculation but I do know a lot about Dragan, Balkans politics , they way they think. He’s been taking on the Serbian Government and the Russians that’s hardcore. I know a good bit about Juric. It an insane but interesting set up Juric is a Croatian they hate the Serbs and Russia . I find the whole thing fascinating. It just might make for a rollercoaster ride until the end of the season . A really interesting summer. Next season should be great. i didn’t believe some on here who said Dragan was fucked off we didn’t go up in top place . I was just typing some similar thoughts when your post popped up. There’s no way we’d hire a Croatian manager unless it was what Dragan wanted, so I think he’s been taking control for a while - this move just formalizes it. He’s had a gutful of the current lot and he’s now putting his people in place. I can’t see Juric committing if he would be required to adhere to Rasmus’s ideological bullshit, so hopefully Rasmus is in the group now being marginalized. The next moves should be interesting. 2
