Yeah, one hell of a gamble from Brighton given his injury record over the past three or four years.

His weetabix legs were always going to go wrong at some point this season, I can’t believe it’s happened in the first game - didn’t even make it to HT!!

Wonder if Brighton were savvy enough to put an injury clause into his contract.

He actually went down "injured" after 44 seconds, but carried on until about 44 minutes. We could have a mini competition of who plays fewest minutes between Lallana at Brighton and Lemina at Fulham.........Lallana currently on 44 minutes, Lemina on zero.

Could maybe add Hojbjerg into the competition if he has many more games like his Spurs debut.

I think he damaged a false eye-lash so could be out until the New Year.

Sure it wasn't a slipped Alice band ?

Everton will be the Leicester of last season. Riding the crest of a wave, all the ‘experts’ will tip them for a title challenge and Champions League football, only to fall by the wayside as their momentum falters after Christmas.

That’s nonsense. Leeds defender pulled his leg out of the challenge and the Fulham player put his foot in and went down to draw the penalty. Ridiculous, he literally moved his foot towards the withdrawing leg and let himself fall.

LOL - Lemina standing around on defence almost cost Fulham that score

Just on, walking already, Leeds nearly score. What a lazy bugger. Too bad, he has talent but his head’s not there.

Even the commentators are on Lemina about his lack of awareness ha ha

Wow, kudos to Lemina for getting stuck in, imposing himself on the game and inspiring Fulham to victory...oh wait, that didn’t happen, he just happened to be taking a stroll in Leeds for 20 minutes...

Quite enjoying Gary Neville having something of a meltdown.

I think it’s a realisation setting in that they’re still nowhere the blue half or the Scousers and face another year in the shadows.

Its is very early days but it is amazing how form from the post lockdown matches has been turned on its head in this new season. Palace and Everton were poor when they returned from lockdown. They now look very good. Man U and us (admittedly on the basis of just a few matches ) now don't look nothing like the teams that played after lockdown.

It is not just in the Premier League - Barnsley had a cracking end of season but they have started very poorly this year.

Absolutely hilarious faux pas from Patrice Evra regarding Louis Saha and Moyes’s daughter leading to an exquisitely embarrassed apology from the bird presenting, And now an excruciating atmosphere in the studio during their punditry on the Arsenal-West Ham match. Sky will wish they never sacked the three old guys!!

Louis Saha, don’t you mean Wilfred Zaha? 😂 (sorry to go MLG)

Evra (who played at United at the same time as Zaha) claimed Zaha was dropped by Moyes when stories of an ‘affair’ with Moyes’ daughter were revealed. Sky apologised as (despite what Evra who was a teammate of Zaha said) Zaha has never met Moyes daughter.

Still not a single drawn match. Weird!

Yes, it's like American sports where draws are illegal. When I tell them that cricket matches can last 5 days and often end in a draw they think we're insane.

Today Fergie time  with knobs on ! Totally undeserved asusual !

Fine by me, we’re going to need a couple of teams like Brighton to get spanked every week. Sadly it does mean we’ve lost our record of scoring the earliest and latest goals in Premier League history.
