His weetabix legs were always going to go wrong at some point this season, I can’t believe it’s happened in the first game - didn’t even make it to HT!! Wonder if Brighton were savvy enough to put an injury clause into his contract.

Wonder if Brighton were savvy enough to put an injury clause into his contract. He actually went down "injured" after 44 seconds, but carried on until about 44 minutes. We could have a mini competition of who plays fewest minutes between Lallana at Brighton and Lemina at Fulham.........Lallana currently on 44 minutes, Lemina on zero. Could maybe add Hojbjerg into the competition if he has many more games like his Spurs debut.

waylander Posted 17 September, 2020 Posted 17 September, 2020 Solid job by Brighton tonight on the degenerates
John Boy Saint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Dopey punch from Gibbs for the Baggies to “fell” “Ham-ez” - you have to be daft as a brush to put your hands anywhere near the face of a South American player.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Pickford doing his Forster impressions today. 2 pathetic attempts to save the ball, neither in the corner. Useless....
Lighthouse Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Everton will be the Leicester of last season. Riding the crest of a wave, all the ‘experts’ will tip them for a title challenge and Champions League football, only to fall by the wayside as their momentum falters after Christmas.
skintsaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 If only Saints looked half as decent as Everton.....at this point in time.
OttawaSaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 That’s nonsense. Leeds defender pulled his leg out of the challenge and the Fulham player put his foot in and went down to draw the penalty. Ridiculous, he literally moved his foot towards the withdrawing leg and let himself fall.
OttawaSaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Wow, Fulham are awful. Reed playing, Lemina having his tonic on the bench.
OttawaSaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Lemina on. Fulham trying to throw the game?

striker Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 LOL - Lemina standing around on defence almost cost Fulham that score

OttawaSaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 (edited) Wow, kudos to Lemina for getting stuck in, imposing himself on the game and inspiring Fulham to victory...oh wait, that didn’t happen, he just happened to be taking a stroll in Leeds for 20 minutes... Teddeer Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 And we thought we were bad against Palace!
Lighthouse Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 As if Zaha went down for that 😆 Wow, made up for it though.
Colinjb Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Quite enjoying Gary Neville having something of a meltdown.
waylander Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Losing to Palace doesn't look quite so crap now.

Tamesaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Its is very early days but it is amazing how form from the post lockdown matches has been turned on its head in this new season. Palace and Everton were poor when they returned from lockdown. They now look very good. Man U and us (admittedly on the basis of just a few matches ) now don't look nothing like the teams that played after lockdown. It is not just in the Premier League - Barnsley had a cracking end of season but they have started very poorly this year.
adrian lord Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Absolutely hilarious faux pas from Patrice Evra regarding Louis Saha and Moyes’s daughter leading to an exquisitely embarrassed apology from the bird presenting, And now an excruciating atmosphere in the studio during their punditry on the Arsenal-West Ham match. Sky will wish they never sacked the three old guys!!

Lighthouse Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 I like Evra. Anyone who makes erotic chicken videos gets my vote.

Evra (who played at United at the same time as Zaha) claimed Zaha was dropped by Moyes when stories of an ‘affair’ with Moyes’ daughter were revealed. Sky apologised as (despite what Evra who was a teammate of Zaha said) Zaha has never met Moyes daughter.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 I haven’t seen Moyes daughter, but I hope she resembles her mum.

Teddeer Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Win 4-0 tomorrow and we will move up to 5th - albeit temporarily 🙂
OttawaSaint Posted 19 September, 2020 Posted 19 September, 2020 Loads of goals today. The break seems to have been harder on defenders, some absolutely shocking defending (said in best Alan Hansen voice).

Charlie Wayman Posted 20 September, 2020 Posted 20 September, 2020 Results are so topsy turvy one suspects that the lack of crowd 'encouragement' is beginning to take its toll on players morale and performance levels.
HarvSFC Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 Targett costs Villa a penalty against 10 men Sheffield United.
HarvSFC Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 Rory Delap’s son on the bench for Manchester City...
Saint Keef Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 Oh Good. Another hour and a half listening to the co-commentary of that footballing genius.....Andy Hinchcliffe. Is this really the best Sky can offer?
Jonnyboy Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 No draws yet in the Prem, quite unusual...
East Kent Saint Posted 26 September, 2020 Posted 26 September, 2020 Today Fergie time with knobs on ! Totally undeserved asusual ! 1

Fine by me, we’re going to need a couple of teams like Brighton to get spanked every week. Sadly it does mean we’ve lost our record of scoring the earliest and latest goals in Premier League history. 1
