I'm a bit worried that after four full seasons with us, he is almost the same player as he arrived. He was good in 18/19, but also best of a terrible bunch. But so many of the issues he had when he first joined, like knowing what's going on around him, when to take a player on, when to release it, where to release, are still the same issues he has now. Look at how much JWP has progressed in those four years. Stephens too.
