How we haven't offloaded him yet is beyond me. If he cant even make the bench after dropping a division, in a season when our first choice LB is so bad, he's clearly got no future here. 

Maybe he realises he's never going to get a contract as good as the one he has now, and is just dragging it out until it expires before disappearing into lower/non league obscurity.

He had a loan spell at Woking last season. Couldn't get in their team, we recalled him in January and he's been here ever since. 

Doesn't train with the first team and barely plays for the u21s.

Weird, he was considered quite the prospect once upon a time.

Isn't Doyle's contract up soon? I know there was talk about him being tempted to leave last summer as he was worried about no pathway. Be interesting to see how that plays out over January if he's fit.

Fanbase just over hyping the only youngsters they regularly hear of I think tbh. Before this current crop I'm not sure we've had many internationals and actually highly rated kids for a while. Weirdly have a memory of Henrik Kraft even stating that last years U21 group wasn't that good.

There's 2 x 15 year olds starting so I have no issue with Vokins earning his wages and being out there with them.

I was more thinking about his career in general rather than playing for the B team. He really shouldn't be here for the sake of his career more than anything else.

He's on our payroll so let's use him. These kids need some experience around them and as we're paying Vokins, I'm happy with him doing that job. When his contract is up, or he gets an offer, then release him. Hopefully the lad gets a move soon.
