Dom Ballard with a hat trick!  Surely he's worth a place on the bench at least...he knows where the goal is.  His time at Blackpool was hampered by injury and Bruce playing him out on the wing.

Hopefully will be a real asset to us in the Championship next season.

I'd rather have him and SAA on the bench than Fraser, Sulemana or any of the other useless, failed players.

ABK and Wellington dropped out pre-match to travel up to train with the 1st team

Seems odd. First team squad travelled to Manchester and was always the plan to remain in the north for a few days, must be some knocks from last night for these two to get a last min call to travel up and join them

I wonder what the Saints playing staff made of our 19 year old £5m French defender.

Hard to tell from clips but he looked a bit of a lummox.

Example given - Someone who says 18 year old who cost €5m is 19 and cost £5m.

Will be interesting to see once we are mathematically down if any of the u21s get moved up for some experience in the dead rubber games. Dipepa scored 2 last night and has senior experience from Port Vale so may leapfrog Ballard in terms of who is next in line

Bournemouth want him.

The u18s just lost 2-0 to Hamble Club from the Wessex premier tonight.

Disappointing result and a missed opportunity to add another Hampshire Senior Cup to our trophy cabinet. Assume it was a very young side we fielded.

U18s have Derby County at home in the next round of the FA Youth Cup, no date set yet but should be played at St Mary's will keep an eye out for that
