yeah looks ok to me so far, thanks for the update, actually did some work today so was like this at lunch when i saw the Update message

Seems fine to me - thought I had spent too much time yet again in front of my laptop when I notices the little tweaks.

Repeat 500 errors today. I like the mobile layout but it took me a few "temporary technical errors" to get on the site. It was definitely better in the last few weeks that it was before though. 

 

Keep up the good work though Steve, much appreciated

I'd already fixed that!

Pretty sure I've found what the latest issue was - somehow during the upgrade process, a table in the database was deleted. It's not a table that's used all that regularly, but there are some background processes that reference it, and so every time those processes would try to run, it would cause an error to be thrown because it couldn't find the table it was referencing. I've manually created the table and suddenly everything seems to be running at lightning speed!

My subscription hasn't carried over and am now limited to 3 posts a day. When I've gone to try and pay a new subscription, it gives me a description of it but no way of actually paying my fiver. Have messaged the helpboard but had no response. Anyone got any ideas?

I did reply to that message, should have come to you by email, I think?

On this page there should be a big button saying "Subscribe Now" under the description - is that not showing for you?

No, the blue button doesn't appear. I got to this point before and wondered where I was supposed to go after this!!

OK, try again now - looks like there's a bug with the subscriptions that were carried across from the old site, so you probably haven't been alone in having that issue.

75% of the posts @SuperSAINT puts up are now blank.

I think there might have been an issue with the theme - it uses quite a lot of JavaScript to do the embedding and image stuff, things like "lazy-loading" of images so that the page loads without the images and then loads them as and when they're required (when the image scrolls into view, basically). I've just rebuilt the files, hopefully that's fixed it. You might need to clear your cache/cookies and log back in again if it doesn't work after a normal refresh.

I am having seeing pictures on this thread. Desktop PC, Windows 10pro, Chrome browser. What should be a picture is just neutral faint grey background. When I came to post a reply with a quote of a post containing a picture then the picture loaded ok.

Images and videos worked for me 50 minutes ago, but now nothing displays.

FWIW, Steve, in my post on the Modern Day Miracles thread, posted less than a hour ago, the site HTML has the fllowing for the embedded image;
