mcbendy Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 Slightly premature, as we don't know the third team that is coming up, but I'm interested in your predictions for the 2020-21 season. What will the top four teams be, in what order? Who will get relegated? Where will Saints finish? Who will have a breakthrough season for us? How many goals will Che Adams and Ings get? Which PL managers will get sacked before or during the next season? Which academy player/s will make their debut for us during the season? Which clubs will come up from the Championship next season? Pilchards Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 That surprises me that we are rated worse than Villa and the same as Brighton?
Behind Enemy Lines Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 Anyone mad enough to predict a top half finish? 😂😂😂

Dark Munster Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 It's a bit silly to make predictions before the transfer window closes.

CB Fry Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 Somewhere in the top half, so twelfth or above.

SaintBobby Posted 28 July, 2020 Share Posted 28 July, 2020 Most likely mid-table for us...somewhere between 8th and 14th. Requires a near miracle to break into the top sixth. Something would have to go very, very badly wrong to be bottom three. That said, if I can get 1000/1 on Betfair for us to win the league, I'll have £100 on it. Not because we have a realistic chance of doing so, but we might just get off to a good start and then I can cash out at 125/1 or 80/1 after six or seven games. Made a tidy profit on that a few years back, we had a chance of going top, I think, when we went and lost 2-0 at Arsenal after 5 or 6 games. Our odds had come in about sixfold in the meantime.
