Simple, add some other categories if you fancy. Some are more obvious than others, some I suspect everybody will have the same answer!

1) Player of the season (include honourable mentions)

2) Young player of the season

3) Breakthrough of the season

4) Improvement of the season

5) Signing of the season

6) Worst performance by a player of the season

7) Best performance by a player of the season

8 ) Best result of the season

9) Worst result of the season

10) Surprise result of the season

For me:

1) Ings (JWP runs him close)

2) Bednarek

3) Obafemi

4) Stephens

5) KWP, made right back his own in a short space of time.

6) Gunn in the Leicester defeat.

7) McCarthy vs City.

8 ) Skates win.

9) Probably the most obvious after POTS, Leicester.

10) Chelsea on Boxing Day.

1) Ings, easy. But I've also got to agree with JWP running him close too.

2) Tricky one, we've not really had any breakthrough that I'd class as 'young'

3) Not too many have broken through, so I'd go with Obafemi - although I like Smallbone too.

4) Armstrong. He was a bit in and out last year, but has become a pivotal player now.

5) Can only be KWP really.

6) Valery for me in the Leicester game, and then other games. Helplessly out of his depth.

7) Stephens v City

8 ) Man City home, Skates away.

9 ) Can't disagree with the Leicester one, although performance wise the Everton home game was right up there.

10 ) Man City home

1 - Ings, but mentions for JWP and Stephens, really come on leaps and bounds, very good players now. Berty back near his best.

2 - Smallbone I would say. Obafemi been around a while now and Valery gone backwards. Vokins two good starts so far

3 - although in his mid 20s, Stephens for me

4 - Armstrong although Ings so much sharper under Ralph’s methods.

5 - KWP loan. Djenepo had a great start and can still come good, but missing too often.

6 - All of them in the autumn but Gunn, Vest and Valery especially dreadful v Leicester

7 - Stephens v City, although Ings immense v Spurs. Redmond had an superb game on Boxing Day at Chelsea

8 - Chelsea away, Norwich both wins were watersheds, Spurs home and Utd away were impressive. City home. Even at Anfield Klopp said we played them off the park first half before their quality told second half

9 - Need you ask

10 - City home

7) Best performance by a player of the season - Stephens

1) Player of the season - Ings, though I might have given it to JWP before the restart

2) Young player of the season - Obafemi

3) Breakthrough of the season - Smallbone

4) Improvement of the season - Ings. Last season was a bit up and down due to injury

5) Signing of the season - KWP

6) Worst performance by a player of the season - Bertrand vs Leicester. There are 10 ways to have a worse performance than getting sent off after 10 mins and that is getting sent off in mins 0 through 9

7) Best performance by a player of the season - McCarthy vs City

8 ) Best result of the season - Leicester away

9) Worst result of the season - 🤬

10) Surprise result of the season - City at home. Wouldn't have been so unexpected had it been away... but at home?!!!!11!!!!!

1 -  Danny Ings

2 - Obafemi

3 - Smallbone

4 - Romeu after a couple of dodgy seasons

5 - KWP

6 - Valery in a few games but especially that Leicester game. Special mention Gunn, same game

7 - McCarthy v City home

8 - Chelsea away, Leicester away, City home, Spurs home, Poopey away

9 - Aside from the obvious I’m going with home to Bournemouth

10 - Man City at home, Man Utd away

11 - “If Only That had gone in” moment - Ings missing the chance for a 2-2 draw home to Liverpool

12 - Worse Ref -  Mike Dean

13 - Best off field moment - RH signing new four year contract

14 - Unsung Hero - Saints Foundation during the lockdown
