Can anyone guess what was going through Ralph's mind when he picked Hojbjerg at right back? What did he hope to achieve/prove by playing a player that doesn't want to be here in a position he can't be arsed to play in?

Yeah...I knew I should have predicted 11th from the get go... That's so far removed from  the "madness" of 10th it's unreal... ;)

It's just a shame that in this season in particular the other teams in mid table sometimes also win matches.

Guess he doesn’t trust Valery or Ramsey.

Losing this game will not be the end of the world but when you think of all the effort put in to get points at Everton and Man Utd and beating City it will be a bit of a waste if Brighton beat us tonight.

I am struggling to work out which team is which - my Red/Green colour blindness is not helping at the moment. I should point out it is particularly bad when Saints players are running with their back to the camera.

After the last match it'd be a crying shame to lose to East Bournemouth. :(

Edt: ah well, West Brighton on Sunday :)

I think Valery is injured, sure somebody can confirm.

Ramsey was young when he first got in but can't say I spotted much that made be think he would be a prem player.

Vokins on the left hasn't done much wrong but we do miss Bertrand particularly going forwards.

If Ings is shattered, why is he running all the way back to be in line with the midfield and moving into the wing areas? Keep him in the centre and conserve his energy.

How the fuck is that a foul by Obafemi????

Looks like Hoj fell asleep and some kids scribbled with felt tip on his arms.

I hope they wrote ‘you are an even bigger knob than your new agent is’. McC hopefully knocked some energy into him. Everton and Spurs scouts have lost their marbles.

Vestergaard is only slightly better than Hoedt and on a par with Andreas Jakobson - Wilson is a total loser, good luck Gerrard.

It's great to see how much Ralph has improved our fringe players and also the steady players like Hoj and Vest.

Just glad we haven't made a cup final this season as that would be boring and Puel-like.

PEH must have had 40 yards clear space in front of him there but he still manages to find a team mate behind him.

Big changes at half time please.

We are not good enough to make wholesale changes as being proved tonight. A tweak here and there yes but not this debacle. Ralph has got this badly wrong but fortunately he can use it as a learning curve.
