If I’m a Villa fan , my pathway out is for West Ham to beat Watford, Villa to beat Everton & a safe West Ham and then hope Watford don’t get more than one point off Arsenal & City.

If, as you say, we are aiming to finish above them, then we need to do a heck of a lot more than to whittle about the team in 14th winning or losing the odd game.
