We undertake Part 2 of our Saints Squad Assessment - this time focussing on midfield and attack (TSP109 for Part 1 – GK and defence).

 

TSP112 sees the same merry band return to discuss what may happen to Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer, whether Southampton FC may be forced to try and reintegrate Mario Lemina into the squad, how many more chances Sofiane Boufal is likely to get, as well as the likelihood of Moi Elyounoussi returning from Celtic and ‘tearing it up’ in the Premier League.

 

Moving further forward, Danny Ings has been a sensation for Saints this season, but do Che Adams, Shane Long and Michael Obafemi give the Club enough firepower heading into 2020-21? Does Adams have attitude problems, is Obafemi too injury prone, will Shane Long be offered a new contract……or could Guido Carrillo offer the team some much needed physicality up front?
