Every time something media-worthy happens, and the family etc are brought into play, it seems that a window is opened on the real England. Away from the sanitised veneer of the media, either we are a country with a massive population of uggers and inbreds, or other conclusions must be formed.. Maybe it's this "underclass" we hear about.

 

Consider those inbreds who kidnapped their own relation and put her in a bed, Shannon Matthews. Did you see them? Perhaps it was a one off..? No.

 

Clearly I'm glad that girl Laura Stainforth was found all well and good, but have you SEEN her "mother"? This "woman" looks like a particularly unfortunate cross between John Prescott, Bernard Manning and Jabba the Hut.

OK Robsk, this may be TMS, and the woman may not be an oil painting, I'm sure she's made acutely aware of that from everyday references to beauty in the media. But if the woman was introduced to you, would you say it to her then..? Of course not.

Thought about this quite a lot. My daughter iust 9, yet very able to state her own point of view. I should imagine by the time she is 15 that she will effectively be independent. I've worked with 17 year olds who are living with a partner, earning money, yet only 13 months before were considered children.

 

I don't like the idea that this is happening, but I would tend to think that the girl made a rational decision. The bloke sounds like a predatory perv all the same. The fact is: adults fall victims to predators every day of the week, whether it's double glazing or drive tarmaccing.

 

Regardless of her looks, the short clip of her seemed to indicate she was a better person than Karen Matthews - don't know why.

Although the Matthews family from the off seemed like a wrong'uns, it smacks of double standards when the McCanns were treated differently by the media, instead of the professional couple they were had the incident occurred at Butlins with the parents being a ground worker and a cleaner they would have had little sympathy and been lambasted by the media, equally if Maddie wasn't the cute blonde thing that she is, instead a chubby kid with straight hair and curly teeth it too would not have captured the nation like it did.

I agree Robsk, the nation is in a right state. I did mention a few years ago on S4E about muting some kids before puberty to stop them reproducing. There are so many ****ed up families with parents with no decent morals or ethics and they are allowed to reproduce and the next generation of vermin are born.

 

Then their kids reach puberty and reproduce themselves and gradually they get thicker and thicker as the generations go on.

 

In contrast to the mother in the above link, the one below looks quite ****able and I would do her.
