Woah, easy tiger. Ings and Adams may be out of form but if that’s the answer I don’t want to live on this planet.

It'll be a niggly / ugly game. This calls for a niggly / ugly striker... :)

(Long is a wasp, Ings and Adam's are bumble bees. Wasp > Bumble Bee in a game like this. IMO of course)

I doubt that. :)
Ah, bugger... No replays... Doh... Showing my age (and lack of braincells) there!

In that case, make that a score draw followed by a defeat in the penalty shoot out :(

Yoshida in for Danso for me. He was so bad yesterday that he a couple of games at CB for the U23's to get his head right.

Despite our defensive frailties

If we can’t beat this Pompey side over 90 mins.....

Surely we will beat them?

Hasenhuttl will be in for a lot of pressure if he doesn't win this game. Even a win on penalties isn't good enough.

I know what you mean but if it’s a game of few chances, do we want them falling to Long?

I don’t care how we win as long as we win. The result is the only thing that counts in this match.

Buzzing for this.

HUGE game.

Got my 89-91 Draper Tools away shirt fresh for this one.

Are you sure that it still fits ??

I understand that you have put on a little bit of weight since then.

Not been impressed by what I've seen so far this season, we got a bit lucky at Brighton and Sheff Utd, when did we last win a game really convincingly?

I've seen us lose to lower league opposition too many times over the years to be confident for this, the players know what's expected of them, got to match their fight and pick off their mistakes.

20th in League One after another loss today. Our League One side was so much better than theirs and we lost 4-1 to their Premier League side. Anything but a convincing win would be unforgivable. (Although, I'd take a 1-0.)

A win in normal or extra time yeah, a win on penalties will be a good result for them.

They’re all calling for Jackett’s head. Let’s hope Tuesday is the last nail in the coffin rather than today. Them 0-9 us.

Sent off for two yellows the game before the derby?

Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s **** himself and has taken himself out of it.

Despite the setback against Bournemouth, we’re still doing pretty well this season in the Premier League.

They’re struggling in League One.

I’m fully expecting us to absolutely embarrass them.

They may think so but they’re deluded.

If we play line the 2nd half against Bournemouth, we will hammer them

When was the last time we won at theirs in a competitive game?

Was just going to post the same thing. Line up properly like we did for the 2nd half last night and we will easily overpower them.

Right then Ralph... think very carefully about the team you want to start this one.

Only a total slaughter of Pompey on Tuesday will save our manager and our underinvesting owner and boardroom from ridicule this season. Tuesday is the most important game of the season - unless we end up in the relegation contenders- a good chance.
