Charlie Wayman Posted 26 August, 2019 Share Posted 26 August, 2019 More live action this evening from Staplewood. Lads did exceptionally well up at ManC but let themselves down here last week v Derby. Time to bounce back and put the junior Bindippers to the sword! qwertyell Posted 26 August, 2019 Share Posted 26 August, 2019 Big test for our youngsters against a strong team. Brewster and Elliott among others are elite prospects. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk

Shroppie Posted 26 August, 2019 Share Posted 26 August, 2019 N'Lundulu looks a handful. Hopeful he can develop into a strong old-fashion CF - with skill and pace. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Charlie Wayman Posted 26 August, 2019 Author Share Posted 26 August, 2019 Klarer and Ramsey having mares, defence is as leaky as a colander. 'Pool useless at the back but lots of long balls catching us square and they have pacy front runners. No real protection from Slattery or Smallbone, both want to get forward too much leaving gaping holes in the middle. Attack also toothless and frustratingly slow at getting to some good through-balls. No one playing particularly well on our side which must be a worry as "Pool are a poor side currently bottom of the league. Hoping we respond to a well deserved wake-up call at HT but can see this going only one way otherwise

SuperSAINT Posted 26 August, 2019 Share Posted 26 August, 2019 The scorer of their 4th, Louie Longstaff sounds like a definite FM re-gen.
Charlie Wayman Posted 26 August, 2019 Author Share Posted 26 August, 2019 The best team one easily and outclassed us. Big question surely over Jaidi's tactical nouse. Too many unimaginative performances like this under his tutelage. Time for a change? Ross Wiison was there tonight as well as Ralph so writing on wall? Top 4 prem sides have ridiculously good U23 teams. Their recruitment is a different level.
VectisSaint Posted 26 August, 2019 Share Posted 26 August, 2019 Top 4 prem sides have ridiculously good U23 teams. Their recruitment is a different level. Do they? Man U not even in the top division, Man City and Scousers were bottom 2 before tonight. Admittedly they may do well in the International competition. Spurs, Chelsea and Arse I'll give you, but who are top 4 these days anyway?
