How the hell do you get recurring subscription turned off. Ive emailed and emailed. No response.

 

Get an email every year having five pounds taken out. How to stop it?

 

Any ideas guys. Getting exasperating

on Paypal. Turn off the subscription (assuming you pay via paypal)

Only you know how you you are paying your subs , I payed by paypal and it stopped when my card changed . I started again so I knew what had been read and to show new posts ( mainly from CF !!!) Unfortunately after the latest update that's gone a bit wonky ! I tend to mark board as read now to highlight new posts .

Thanks batman. Was using the app. Didn’t give the option so went on the website and hey presto!!!!!!!

You obviously dont read this forum, so yeah, you don't need the subscription.

Paypal advised me that Saints Web had suspended my Sub. his was because I changed my card no.with Paypal and as I had a DD I thought it would go through normally thereafter. I e-mailed Saints Web nearly three weeks ago to explain and have not had a reply.
