EastleighSoulBoy Posted 20 January, 2009 Posted 20 January, 2009 A cracking film, from when films were films, Ealing Studios. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0044829/ Probably not cutting edge for today's film fans but the buffs would rate it. An even better link: http://www.britmovie.co.uk/studios/ealing/filmography/63.html

I think it was Ottery who coined the phrase 'Lavender Hill Mob' to describe Lowe and his chums; personally though, I think of them more as the Ladykillers: http://www.britmovie.co.uk/studios/ealing/filmography/85.html
