I'm glad you know who you're talking about because the following

The guy next to the lady I have seen in the directors box at games home and away he is always sat next to Lowe or Wotte

Is so misleading, the guy (who is not Wotte) next to lady has short hair and is quite well built.

The guy you are talking about is in the row behind.

Following on from my thread last night about Hockaday which has turned out to be on the money, I was told in the same conversation that we have a "Football Advisor" at St Mary's who reports direct to Lowe.

The name given to me was something like Tim Van Der Witte.

UP, I think you have his name slightly wrong, try changing round the first letters of his first and last names and I think we have our man. He would fit in perfectly with the others at the Club.

The new advisor by the way, the woman in the pictures, is Madonna. Following on from our previous experiments Madge is local (although she may have moved out following her recent divorce) and is well qualified to help run a football club, just like our Chariman.

Ok, lets make this clear.

MB is on about the guy that he has circled on the image above.

I'm on about the guy on the front row, sitting to the left of the lady.

And I'm pretty sure he is the guy that MB mentioned in his photos from Farnborough (or wherever it was!), unfortuantely it appears that the main board is archived so I can't find anything over 6 months old...

Phew, I'm glad I understood you at least, MB had us all fooled for a minute there.

God knows who MB sends his clients for their workforce though....

"Rounded" face, bags under eyes and receding hair line? 2 Dimensionally (?) between "sleepy" and "jack charlton"?

More worryingly, considering everything that was kicking off at the time, How the **** can someone be ASLEEP!

OK I know the football is......

That person is Mike Richards - a director of SFC - and it was he who shook the hands of the Doncaster contingent at the end of the game, a task which he seemed to relish, judging by the stupid grin that he was wearing. One of the Lavender Hill Mob - tossеrs the lot of 'em!

Bingo!

This is the guy. No more confusion now OK? :p

This fella is at every home game, speaks with Lowe, Wilde and Wotte reguarly and could be a candidate for this 'football advisor'.

All we need to do is find out who this guy is . . .

Why not really?

So if Pearson was here he does not need an advisor if so why not?

By the way is Pearson the manager who with a more experience squad of players got us into a similar position we are today

No! Person is the manager that took over an experience, under-achieving, mis-managed team who had just been knocked out of the cup and in free fall in div 1 with only 13 games left and SAVED US!!!!

When are people going to stop being so blinkered? So you think Lowe & Co are doing a good job, thats fine (i don't agree) but thats your prerogative, but please look at things factually, don't muddy the water to try and make Pearson look bad and Lowe good!

Perhaps another manager will get more out of the team than JP time will tell

Topical picture but sums up a number of points.

Change inspires optimism.

Change brings hope.

With the will of the people with you, you can succeed.

Either way... it has to be better than certain relegation under JP/Lowe.

Note: Not advocating signing up Obama as Lowe's football advisor...but I suspect he knows more about it than Lowe!

The cost is relegation and even more loss of revenue. And loss of pride.

If Administration beacons anyway, surely its worth one last fight to stay in this league? If we roll over now we show exactly what a defeatist club we are... and that isnt a football club mentality.

We take administration if we're about to die, not if there's a slim hope we won't through change.

This club under Lowe has become a hotbed of defeatism - and we wonder why we are where we are. [rolly eye thingy]

I'm scared for the free world because you have to question the judgement of someone who smokes thirty a day...

I want us to build for the future I do not mind if we are relegated because we can regroup .

What I do mind is trying to keep in the Championship at all costs without having a solution for the long term.

Sacking JP bringing in another manager is only assisting in the short term .

Interesting bit about being strange and edgey as I've heard a bit more today.

I still have no idea on who he is, but have heard some snippets that he has upset many at SMS as well as at other Clubs with his behaviour. Don't want to say too much as it's all a bit patchy at the moment, but find it weird that no one knows he is?

nickh, you've got an in into the Club, why don't you try and find out who this man is and what his role is?

Two points on this one:

1. The same apologist claptrap was spouted last time we went down, in that at least we would win some games, we can gain repromotion stronger. Going down will be no walk in the park and if Poortvliet was still in charge I wouldn't be surprised if we struggled down in Division 3!!!!!!

2. If staying up in this season is playing havoc with our finances, then what affect do you think relegation would have on them???

You may be right but you maybe wrong only time will tell but call somebody else's views claptrap is rude and arrogant.

Staying up is not playing havoc with our finances it was last seasons overspend which has caused the problem.

Well, if he hangs Lowe and chums upside down from meat-hooks he'll be doing a fine job as far as I'm concerned.
